Rob Stewart: Executive Director

In 2008 Rob was appointed Executive Director of B&M Analysts where he is currently responsible for oversight of B&M Analysts’ clothing, textile, footwear and retail industry development programmes.

He has extensive knowledge of clustering methodologies within the context of global value chains and the use of clustering as a mechanism for enabling best practice specifically within buyer driven value chains. His interactions with both the private and public sector in the fields of GVCs, supply chain management, benchmarking and clustering methodologies have enabled him to assist in the development and deployment of the clothing and textile industrial policy in South Africa for the past decade.

Rob gained a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences in 1994 and completed his Master of Science at the University of Natal in 1998.
