“BMA is a company of people who believe unwaveringly in the importance of growing the productive economy. Every decision and action is guided by the objective that it must add multiples of value and help manufacturers grow sustainably. This means that everyone in the team takes on the daily challenge of doing good and making a positive difference to the world we live in. Getting to live that experience daily, while having fun, is a rare privilege and incredibly motivating.”

“What I enjoy most about BMA is that we are FAMILY. I have only been with BMA for six months, but I feel like I have been here for six years. The BMA Team have welcomed me graciously and made me feel a part of the team since day one. They consistently provide support and encouragement. I started at BMA under the most inconceivable circumstances during COVID-19, but they have made my transition a comfortable and pleasant one. I am so grateful to be a part of the BMA Family!”

“I love this type of work as it is extremely cross cutting and provides the opportunity to collaborate with many stakeholders thereby consolidating efforts more systematically. In many cases this consolidation is key to unlocking opportunities. As much as I don’t work that closely with other BMA employees what I love is that I nonetheless feel part of a wider family and “ecosystem” where there are colleagues working in their own ways to further similar if not the same goals who are just a click away from me when I need support, ideas and guidance. That instils a lot of confidence and makes you feel like people “have your back”.
